Artificial Intelligence (AI) Proctored Certification Examinations

Certification examinations are conducted through a secure AI-enabled proctoring platform. Assessments are delivered using our partner's online assessment engine to ensure fairness, integrity, and reliability throughout the examination process. Before scheduling your examination, please review the policies and technical requirements outlined below


Registration and Exam Scheduling

To register and schedule your certification examination, follow these steps:

  1. Register for the Certification: Register for your chosen certification program through the Certified Learning platform to gain access to study materials and learning resources available in the Learning Management System (LMS). [certifiedl...arning.org]
  2. Complete Payment: Pay the applicable certification fee using the available payment methods, including major credit cards, debit cards, or authorized vouchers. A payment confirmation and receipt will be generated upon successful payment. [certifiedl...arning.org]
  3. Schedule Your Examination: Exam scheduling will become available within 24 hours after payment confirmation. Once enabled, candidates can select a suitable examination slot through the LMS. Email notifications will be sent for all scheduling, rescheduling, or cancellation activities.
  4. Meet Certification Requirements:Candidates must achieve a minimum score of 60% in the online assessment to earn the certification.
  5. Certificate Issuance: Successful candidates will receive a digital copy of their certificate within 48 hours of completing all required assessments.


Exam hours availability

Assessment and booking services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, throughout the year, except for occasional maintenance and system update windows

Identification (ID) Requirements

Candidates must provide at least one valid and current identification document during the booking process. Expired identification documents will not be accepted. Failure to provide valid identification may result in denial of examination scheduling.

The first and last name that the candidate uses to register must match exactly the first and last name on the ID that are presented on exam day.

All IDs required must be issued by the country in which the candidate is testing. If the candidate does not have a qualifying primary ID issued from the country they are testing in, an International Travel Passport from their country of citizenship is required.

Important Requirements
  • The name used during registration must exactly match the name on the submitted identification document.
  • Identification should normally be issued by the country where the examination is being taken.

Reschedule policy

Candidates may reschedule their examination up to 24 hours before the scheduled exam date and time. Requests submitted after this period cannot be accommodated.

To ensure successful processing, candidates are encouraged to contact the support team at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Rescheduled examinations must be completed within the authorized examination period.

Cancellation policy

Candidates wishing to cancel an examination must notify the Support Team at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Please note:
  • Cancellations submitted less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in forfeiture of the examination fee.
  • Examination fees are also forfeited in cases of no-show.


Technical Requirements

We strive to enable as many candidates as possible to test through online proctoring.

Candidates are responsible for ensuring that their examination environment meets all technical requirements before the scheduled examination. Interruptions caused by technical issues on the candidate's side are not eligible for refunds or complimentary rescheduling.

Minimum Requirements
  1. Reliable power supply
  2. Stable internet connectivity
  3. Recommended internet speed of 100 Mbps or higher
  4. Functional webcam and microphone
  5. Latest version of Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox
  6. Quiet and interruption-free testing environment


Retake policy

Candidates who do not pass an examination must wait 7 days before attempting the same certification examination again.

Additional Information
  • There is no limit on the number of examination attempts.
  • Unless your examination voucher explicitly includes a retake benefit, a new voucher may be required for subsequent attempts.
  • Voucher terms and conditions apply to all retake options.



Refund policy

All examination fees are non-refundable.

Additional Information

  • Regularly monitor official email communications for examination updates and important instructions.
  • Examination appointments may include additional time for candidate verification, system checks, and onboarding procedures.
  • Candidates arriving more than 10 minutes late may be denied access to the examination session, and examination fees will not be refunded.
  • Upon completion of the examination, candidates should download and save their score report for future reference, as replacement reports may not be available under normal circumstances.
  • Examination results can be authenticated through the official certification platform.
