Exam Policy

Artificial Intelligence (AI) Enabled Proctored Exam

All Associate & Professional Level certification exam will be AI Proctored, will be conducted on our partners' AI Assessment Engine. All exams will be managed by our partner company MyTat, having experience of conducting more than 10000+ assessments cross the globe. Before taking an exam, please read these Testing Policies and consult Exam Information to ensure which delivery mode applies to your exam, and that you are following all the exam requirements.


Registration and Scheduling

Candidates should follow the steps outlined below for a smooth registration and scheduling of the certification exam:

  1. Register for the respective certification on http://certifiedlearning.org to gain access to the study material on the dedicated Learning Management System (LMS).
  2. Pay the required certification fee using the PayNow option on the registered platform/LMS. Candidates may pay for exams by all major credit card (i.e. Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Debit Cards or Vouchers. Payment receipts will be generated.
  3. It will take up to 24 hours for the exam scheduling option to be enabled in the LMS.
  4. After the above step, candidates can schedule their exam from the available slots for online assessments in the LMS. Confirmation emails will be generated after scheduling, rescheduling or cancelling exams.
  5. For Associate Level Certifications, candidates must score 70% or higher in the online objective-type questions assessment to receive the certificate.
  6. For Professional Certifications, after passing the online assessment with 70% or above, candidates will be able to book a practical viva in the LMS. The practical viva, conducted by a Subject Matter Expert, accounts for 50% of the overall score. Candidates must score 70% or higher in both the objective-type assessment and the practical viva.
  7. Candidates will receive an e-copy of the certificate within 48 hours of successfully completing the required assessments.


Exam hours availability

Assessment & Booking services available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year round. (Note: there are brief outage windows for maintenance and updates.)

Identification (ID) Requirements

You will be required to upload at least one valid in date identification while booking slots, it should government-issued picture ID, or University/College Ids Cards (if any). Expired IDs are not valid. Failure to provide the required ID will result in you being denied to book the exam slot.

The first and last name that the candidate uses to register must match exactly the first and last name on the ID that are presented on exam day.

All IDs required must be issued by the country in which the candidate is testing. If the candidate does not have a qualifying primary ID issued from the country they are testing in, an International Travel Passport from their country of citizenship is required.

Below IDs document can be used
  • State/Country ID card;
  • Government-issued driver’s license;
  • Passport;
  • Military ID;
  • Alien registration card (green card, permanent resident, visa)
  • Active student Id of University/College
  • Addhar Card (in India)

Reschedule policy

Candidates can reschedule their exam or cancel any time before 24 hrs of the scheduled date and time. If the exam cannot be rescheduled before that time, or if the candidate does not show up for the exam, it will not be possible to get a refund for the exam.

If you wish to reschedule your exam, you must contact support team at least 48 hours prior to your exam appointment. Appointments must be rescheduled within the authorized exam delivery period.

Cancellation policy

If you wish to cancel your exam, you must contact Support Team at least 48 hours prior to your exam appointment. If you cancel an exam less than 48 hours in advance, you will forfeit your entire exam fee. Exam fees are also due for no-shows.

Technical Requirements

We strive to enable as many candidates as possible to test through online proctoring.

Please make sure that the computer being used for the exam meets the minimum requirements necessary to take the exam, no refund or rescheudling would be processed for any interruption in exam because of technical failure at candidate site.

Below are key requriements
  1. Availability of un-interrupted Power Supply
  2. Availability of un-interrupted Internet Supply
  3. Availability of minimum 100 mbps Internet Speed
  4. Availability of audio & camera feature on exam machine.
  5. Availability of updated web browser Firefox or Google Crome


Retake policy

When a candidate fails an exam, he or she must wait 15 days before being allowed to re-sit that exam.

There is no limit to the number of retakes of a failed exam, but please note that if your voucher does not come with a free retake option, you may need to purchase a new voucher to be able to resit your exam.

If you purchased an exam that includes a retake option and did not pass, you'll require a new voucher to attempt the exam again.


Refund policy

All examination fees are non-refundable.

  • Keep reading the offical email communciation for latest update on your exam process.
  • Please note that your appointment length may include time for non-scored sections such as a tutorial/check-in process. The appointment length does not necessarily reflect the total amount of time allotted for the actual exam.
  • If you logged-in more than 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment time and are refused admission, the exam and delivery fees are not refundable.
  • After you finish your exam, a printed report (pass/fail and breakdown) will be provided to you in exam platform, you should download the same. This document should be retained for your records, as replacements will not be provided under normal circumstances. After your exam, you can authenticate your score report. Good luck!
