We offer refund within first 2 days (48hrs) from the date of your purchase

. If you wish to reschedule your exam, you must contact Support Team at least 48 hours prior to your exam appointment. If you cancel an exam less than 48 hours in advance, you will forfeit your entire exam fee. Exam fees are also due for no-shows.

Once refund is processed, it will be credited to your bank account, within 5-7 working days.
